History of Encore

A real family business with a love for fish. Generation after generation. The fourth now. It is in the blood of the Simonis family, it flows through the veins. What started as an eel smokehouse at the end of the 19th century has grown into several fish locations. The Simonis family has a passion for fish, shares that passion for fish and everything related to it.

the Restaurant

Encore is located in the old fish auction where we offer a wide range of fish and meat. The restaurant area has 300 seats, 250 seats on the terrace and 500 seats in a separate event room. For us, Encore is about more than just top quality food and drinks, we also focus mainly on service and experience. A night out.
