Group bookings for groups of up to 11 people will be confirmed immediately. You will immediately receive confirmation of your reservation.
For groups of 12 people or more, the reservation must be confirmed by our sales department. This means that your reservation will be processed first and you will receive a confirmation once it has been approved.
For larger groups it may be necessary to make additional agreements, for example about special menus or other wishes. In that case, we will contact you to discuss everything in detail and tailor your reservation entirely to your wishes.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 hours before the reserved time. Cancellations within 3 hours or 'No-show' may result in a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation conditions apply to group reservations of 12 people or more, which will be communicated when confirming the reservation. Tickets for events that have already been paid for will not be refunded, but will be kept as a credit for tickets for a subsequent event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
