The menu is internationally oriented with a nod to the Asian kitchen, especially the Japanese. Think about: fresh sushi, sashimi and tempura dishes, but of course other fresh fish dishes with an Asian twist and meat dishes from the charcoal oven are also served. The meat comes from America. This creates a beautiful amalgamation of western and eastern influences.
