As a wait staff member at Encore by Simonis, you play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.

 

Job Description

  • Perform mise en place activities in the restaurant, such as preparing tables and setting up buffets.
  • Operational duties in the restaurant, including taking orders in a friendly and professional manner, serving guests and handling payments.
  • Keeping tables and the restaurant clean to maintain a neat and welcoming environment.
  • Proactively sell restaurant products and advise guests on our menu items and beverage choices.

 

Job Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality or similar customer-facing environment is a plus, but not required.

Job description and duties:
- You will be the first telephone point of contact for our guests and customers.
- You will be responsible for the complete organization of events from start to finish, including the preparation of quotations and schedules.

 

Prerequisites:

  • HBO work and thinking level in communication, marketing, sales, account management, events and/or entertainment.
  •  A strong sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality.
  • Representative appearance and no fear of picking up the phone.
  • Good organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Independent team player who enjoys socializing.
  • Excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing.
