A true family business with a love of fish. Generation upon generation. The fourth now. It's in the Simonis family's blood, it runs through their veins. What started as an eel smokehouse in the late 19th century has grown into multiple locations in the field of fish. The Simonis family has a passion for fish, shares that passion for fish and everything to do with it.
The Restaurant
Encore is located in the old fish auction where we offer a wide range of fish and meat. The restaurant area has 300 seats, 250 seats on the terrace and 500 seats in a separate event space. For us, Encore is about more than just top quality food and drinks, we focus mainly on service and experience. An evening out.
